The sky is always at least 47% red light, and our eyes were not designed to be looking at pure blue light for many hours per day. See the youtubes of Dr Jack Kruse re: blue light, biohacking, etc. for detailed, scientific information. Also, please note: the correct term is “macular degeneration”. My eye Doctor said there is much concern amongst his peers about many more cases of macular degeneration at younger and younger ages, because it can result in blindness.
